Our bodies are so funny...and fickle! Guess we'll never fully understand why we can drop a pound after a day of moderately following our plan, and then gain a pound after a day off 100% compliance. Go figure?? LOL. Guess we just have to trust our plan and stick to it...we are looking for LONG TERM HEALTH, not quick fixes, and our miraculous bodies will decide how best to keep or shed ounces and pounds to keep running as efficiently as possible. Weighing in today at the same weight as yesterday... And super excited to start my weight training today with hand weights and some great YouTube videos. Happy Wednesday buddies!
