weighed in same as yesterday, but that's okay. It's not a gain! and I knew my weight loss would slow down the closer I get to my goal weight those last 5# are always to toughest, and slowest! also, I went out with a girlfriend for a couple drinks last night. It's nice to know I can still do that and not gain. thankfully I factored it into my food diary before I ate dinner to make sure I kept my total calories for the day in check. I'm getting the hang of this. ;)

Hi, Laura! Kicking it at the mall, and did some shopping at Costco. I was bad and hot one of their hotdogs. I better be careful here, as I have a Penny's and Macy's card. Lol

I pre-enter food or drinks sometimes too. It's funny how that simple act can be enough to keep me from going off my plan if I'm sitting on a total I want to keep. You're doing great.

@cowboy...I pretty much pre-enter everything? It's the only way I stay on track and keep my numbers where I want them. When I enter a meal AFTER I've eaten it, I am almost always shocked at the numbers.
