Okay...so the 2 pounds up kinda stinks. I've been working out, but I cut out my late night eating a while ago- so I don't know where all that came from. My daily routine is that I chug a coffee (black), a 24 ounce water, do at least a mile on the treadmill increasing the incline and getting up speed. cool down. Then do a plethora of leg machine exercises, arm machines, and stretch. For all of the machines, I do 3 sets of 10, and sometimes 4 sets of 10. Perhaps I need to spend more time on the treadmill burning calories, rather than weights? Trying to get my knees and back strong again is a challenge, so I am trying to find some balance. Onward and downward, I shall aim to go. Have a blessed day, all!
