thanks! I've been fighting with the same 4 pounds for nearly a month, so i just quit logging for awhile. This past week i dropped frmo 227.6 to 223.6. Probably because of the weekday workouts at the gym. I cut way back on coffee, as my body is just zooming after a 90 min. workout. Subsequently, I am sleeping better also....and that makes all things good again! =)
