I did two 24 hour fasts this week and two 16 hour fasts. And after the first try, it wasn't so hard! I'm liking the results yielded too. :-) I'm curious to try two consecutive fasting days in a row except I take medication that must be taken with food. So I'll have to stick with my non-consecutive 24 hour fasts. Thanks to Draglist and Carmen1098 for guidance on fasting!
