All in all a good day yesterday. While I'm not going for a HFLC diet or Keto in general I think keeping net carbs below 50 is a good place to be. Since being on HCG in the past my desire for bready carbs has significantly waned almost to the point where I feel more "ugh" with the thought of eating them. With that amount of carbs I can have pretty much whatever I want. However in my looking back at my intake it is really deficient in fruits and vegetables. Should probably start incorporating some more of those.
