So, losing 1.4 pounds this week, is good. I would be a lot happier if I lost all the 1.8 pounds I gained last week, but I won't dwell on that, because 1.4 pounds down, when I only exercised twice is a HUGE victory!
Onwards to this week with meeting today, exam tomorrow and then work, work, work for the rest of the week!
