I've been trying the LCHF diet (Keto) but I went off track yesterday and had more calories and more carbs then I normally would've. I had a significant loss this morning. I'm not sure if it's a fluke or if my body was just getting ready to drop that weight. Many times when we plateau on the scale there are internal changes that are going on and it takes time to reflect on the scale.

I'm not sure what I did, or didn't do, but I'm not complaining. Just trying to figure out my body and how to get it to work with me.

Thank you Rguarino. That really helps explain what happened yesterday. I can begin incorporating card cycling/refeeding into the plan. Probably refeeding first and then play with carb cycling.
