I'm not too happy with the weight gain, but I'm going to assume it's just because I started exercising, so I'm building my muscles back up. This is what I feared when I was sick, that it was a false low, but it's okay. Surprisingly, I feel okay about the 1.8 pound gain. It's not that I've ate a ton of extra food - I've kept to about 1600 or 1800 calories per day, and I know that it means it's not that I've gained fat.
I'm going to use the gain as a personal challenge to get that back off by next week.
