Not happy with th .5 kilo gain.
But I think it's because I have been eating nutri-grain and weet-bix for breakfast. Which has been giving me an upset tummy. So this morning, I decided to have a chocolate rapid loss shake this morning.
I'm going to hunt down some gluten free breakfast ideas other than fruit, bacon and eggs and yogurt.

Just an idea, you could make your own smoothie or juice, they're really popular so theres heaps of recipes/ideas around. Or an omelette?

I sometimes have smoothies or omelettes for lunch, I guess it wouldn't hurt to have them for breakfast.
