Oh man I am so dang annoyed with the scale, what do I have to do to make it move....it was up this am, I am like waaaaa.... I have 3 strawberries yesterday... that could not affect me that much. Onto another day...

Just keep adjusting you will get there, it is amazing how some foods have different results to different people.

I understand your frustration! I was stalled and found that the bacon and cheese were just too much sodium for me. I made a move toward lowering my salt and fat and adding in just a few good carbs then keeping my calories under 1300, and within a day or two the scale was moving again. This is not typical Atkins protocol (more South Beach-ish) but it worked for me. the carbs I added in were steel cut oats, a high-fiber tortilla and a less than ripe pear (all good sources of fiber but low in sugar). I am definintely keeping the sugar out of my diet but I needed more fiber (I was feeling really bogged down....). I think sometimes women's bodies, which love to store fat, need a kick start. Hope you find your magic!
