I think you get notifications on activity in the upper right hand corner of your screen. It will list the # of notifications. As to changing the image, I think you if you go into your profile, and click on the image, it gives you options of what to put in there. I don't recall how I did mine exactly. thinking it was a click and drag sort of operation. I'm not terribly tech saavy.

Thank you, Sarah and Suzy!!! Sunday was fabulous! Will weigh in on Monday, for sure. =) My ratios have been spot on as of late: Sunday's were 70-21-9 (Fat-Protein-NC) That has proven to be within my "best progress range".
