Eight weeks into a weight loss programme, and its not getting any easier. The last two weeks were tough, luckily the running and walking helped keep the calories down.I reached my first goal! Phew. Now to reset the goal posts to 100 kg. Hoping to reached that by the first of May - Labour Day. Thanks for all the support guys.

Well done Fit, you doing well. Some days are harder than others but what I normally do on a tough day, is come on to FS and look at all the comments of encouragement everyone gives and that normally helps me through the day.
