Well I'm in the 250s, pneumonia wasn't how I was planning on getting there, but I'm there.

I still weighed in when I was fully dressed and with the towel still on my wet hair so I have a 2 pound buffer for next week, once I start exercising again, I'm hoping I'll build the muscle back (I'm sure I've lost over the last 3 weeks) and then keep losing fat while I gain back my muscle.

Anyways, off to my big grocery shopping outing for the day.

Woot for the 250! Sorry to hear you've been sick though. :( I hope you get to feeling better soon. Fully recommend homemade chicken soup, does wonders when you don't feel well.

Get better soon. I endorse the chicken soup approach. Plus plenty of Vitamin C.

Thanks all! I'm just hoping that once I'm healthy again, I don't gain any of it back... I just haven't been sick like this in a long time, so I don't really know how my body reacts once it's healthy. I fully expect to have to regain some muscle, so hopefully it will be offset by an equal amount of fat! :)

Yep not the way to get there being sick, but once you get back to your best you will keep it off I am sure......feel better!!!
