Well what can I say, it was the holidays and I ate way too much crap. But things will get back to normal now, no more junk food in the house, my partner has joined WW, and I know the program so I can do that along with him but with my GI diet. I am working some over night shifts and find eating hard, my break is around 3 am and honestly at that time no food appeals to me in the least. So I've been eating veggies and a non fat dip............oh well what can you do. But I think it will be easy to get back on track. So here is to a great New Year......:)
