What a weekend. It was both good and bad. Good because I had the weekend off of work, and was able to spend it with my wife and daughter. Good, because I got to go golfing with my buddies (simulator) and even got to go to one of my best friend's baby shower. Bad because I didn't eat as well as I could/should've and I was over most of the weekend for my calories. But, even with that, I still am recording a loss. I will be better when it comes to this. I need to make it a point to be better. I felt awful each day, knowing I could've made better choices. And the choices I made didn't really make me feel all that happy either. But we live and learn. I hope everyone else had a great weekend. It's a wonderful Monday morning. Time to kick some butt this week. Have a great day everyone.
