Weighed on the new scale; my old scale was way off (as I thought). I changed my weight according to the new scale but I did not gain 6.2 pounds!

Read up on MOVE, an Atkins informal 'jump start' for those who have stalled. It involves eating only MOVE (Meat, Vegies, Eggs). No cheese or dairy, just for one week to see if that gets things going. I think I am going to start MOVE tomorrow (don't all difficult things start 'tomorrow'!!).

I went and tried on clothes yesterday as everything I own is baggy. It was fun; the exercise and walking is paying off, as my bum and legs definitely look slimmer. That was encouraging!

Keep up the good work all! Off to church and potluck lunch (bringing my own lunch and NOT going to look at the table of goodies!).

You forgot the "O".....oils. It's truly not all that dissimilar from Induction, so it should work for you. I feel your "new scale" pain!!! I, too, had to get a new scale last winter and had to add pounds to my journey. You've still lost the same amount of weight in reality, it's just the numbers are different! :)

Thanks Sandy....got to have the oils! I'm not really looking forward to it, but I need to get things going in the right direction.
