Phew. Finally updated my weight entries for the last month. I haven't had the time to log it on here, just been noting it down in a diary. Been swinging wildly within a 2-3 kg (4-7 lbs) range... I feel like I'm stuck here. Still haven't managed to execute some of the new steps I'd planned to take to get the weight moving steadily downward again (like exercise, increasing veggies & calories, cutting out milk and curd)...I'm working towards it but it continues to be a struggle. I bought new jeans! Size 28 waist. Can you believe it!? And I can breathe in it and everything! Major NSV - I'm very grateful. Gotta get into an exercise routine ASAP.
