Interesting - had some popcorn yesterday and a short while after consuming it I found my right ear stuffing up and crackling with fluid. I've heard this from another low-carber - one bonus she had noticed was the reduction of fluid in her ears. I got zinged in the weight department both by the corn and the salt. It will be gone by tomorrow.
