Maybe all that shivering did me some good, helping to burn calories, eh? Today is colder, wind chill is -16F. Wind are 38 mph...which makes for lovely driving while the 3-5 inches of white stuff is in progress. (NOT.)
Nice to have liberated a couple pounds of fat this week, no matter the weather. Still have another 5-10# to lose, before the clothing begins to feel truly better again. Its exciting to see progress.
I wish there was an exercise activity I could find and log that was equivalent to hauling loads of firewood up 15 stairs and delivering it to both fireplaces. That has to burn some calories, AND darn good workout on the legs. If not, no biggie. I've made 2 trips since 5am.
Today is very busy. Have guests coming over this evening, and not really a clue how many. Have to house clean, make/package and deliver orders, drop kids off at work (we are one car short-which makes this difficult), prep food for this evening, and maintain my sanity.
With 8 or 9 orders to crank out before noon, I best get to work. Have a most blessed day and weekend, everyone. Stay focused and strong!
