Found out last weekend that I'm 4 weeks pregnant. I can't believe how quickly my weight fluctuated back up!

I'm planning on staying on top of my calorie intake by continuing to track. I gained over 75 lbs with my last pregnancy, and refuse to go down that hard road again.

I'm excited, but nervous about the changes that will be happening with my body, since I've worked so hard throughout the last 2 years to drop all of that previous baby weight.

My goal is to not gain any weight in my first trimester!
