6 mile walk last evening with a small group of friends.
Fitbit says it burned 721 calories, but the more realistic
Run-Log.com shows it as 633 calories since it knows the distance & speed.
My goal of getting in good enough shape so that my leaking heart valve is much less of an issue seems to be working. :)
It hasn't take that much effort:
walk or ride bike 2 times a week, (30 min to 1.5hr each)
calisthenics once a week, (15 to 20 min)
full body workout at 24 hour fitness once a week. (about 40 min).
