Seen my nutritionist this morning. Stood there two hours. I've lost my ten pounds. Did my goal for the month. Now we are going to try a 3 day fast 5 pounds and new menu. If I can accomplish this I can be fifty pounds lighter by summer and 100 ponds lighter next winter. On my way. Drive on !!!
