I am so freaking sick of this stall! Been stuck within a pound or two for a week now, despite keeping myself around 700 calories a day. I'm going to try removing dairy to see if that works, even though in the past a fat fast of just cheese has broken my stalls, as it certainly isn't working now!

Grr.

Also, it's my birthday this weekend, and there's some cool event (that could easily involve pigging out) every evening from today to Sunday. I was actually thinking that if I had made some progress, I could loosen the rules a little this weekend, but with no movement seen but up recently, I don't dare indulge in beer and cake.

Eyes on the prize. June keeps looming ever closer.

700 calories a day at your weight seems far too low. Under 1000 calories per day will cause your metabolism to take a nose dive. There's some good articles out there that can be googled on how to break a weight loss plateau. Good luck there and Happy Birthday :)
