Sigh. Went off track over Christmas. Struggling all January to get back on track. Realized that I added in too many healthy carbs, and woke up my addiction to carbs. Have determined to go back to zero carbs to try to get back into ketosis. Two day in...food has been solid, but no ketosis. I've noticed this happening with my body this time around...takes me much longer to get into ketosis. My body fights it? adapts too quickly? Not sure. But I am determined to stop all the snacking, and eating when I'm not hungry.
