I was really surprised to see that I was less than last week... all week I'd been higher (I think transitional weight that was not transitioning as fast as it usually does, but I digress).

So I'm happy to see the scale is moving with me again, and I'm hoping that if I keep this up, I'll go back to 2 pounds per week!

Remember, every ounce you lose matters. Slow and steady is a good thing. Even a pound a week is excellent, although it may not seem like much.
