just 2 more days left and then I'm done with the metabolism diet.. but what should I do next... I hate fasting days... maybe that 7day fruit en veggie diet, maybe military diet or the 5day diet... I'll start eating healthy and normal as soon as I hit 85kg... BUT before then I want quicker results... the last 5 I'll push normaly to try and keep the weight of for longer. does that make sense? would it work?

Consistency is key!! Choose a eating plan; put u're head down and go for it!! I have a meal plan which takes a lot of prep time, but the weight flies off of me (if u keep to it very strictly). Let me know and I'll send it to u. Or just check my journal entries. Somewhere in the last 2 week, I wrote it down.

Yes I saw your technique, the program I followed now your not allowed to repeat again. Only in 12months. I lost almost 6kgs on it... Before that I was on the 5day meal plan and lost 2kgs, but I wasn't to strict when I was on it.. I like these diets because they tell me what I can have and when I can have it. Its a strict meal plan which I can adhere to.. I don't like setting up my own meal plan or long prep time.. As I work until 8 at night... And have on call there after... So it gets a bit difficult. That's why I weigh as much as I do due to takeaways and sugar cravings.. Maybe a 7day meal plan would work if you have specific breakfasts, lunches and dinners?
