Time to get serious again !! Turning 49 this year and it won't get any easier. Committing to going to the gym more, eating better, spending more time with friends that have positive energy and are into being healthy.

I'm in the same boat...turning 49 this year, too! I can't commit to a gym-- way too far to drive. However, I CAN commit to the living room floor, and a plethora of exercises I do 4 days a week! =) Locarb eating, no wheat, no sugar. Working away....down 7 pounds in one week.

Yes it is !! Good thing I don't FEEL 49... I keep having to remind myself that I am that age. I feel like I should say 37. Ha ha ha...
