Good Morning....still maintaining at 171 to 173. Of course I am still wanting to lose more but during the holidays I think I am doing OK just to maintain. I would like to get down to 165 then maintain between 165 to 175. We will see if this is a pie in the sky goal or really possible after the first of the year. Jan 19th will mark one year of eating healthy for me and my daughter. That is a real accomplishment for me.
I am feeling better and even thinking of retirement. That is kind of scary. I have worked most of my life but I think I am ready to kick back and visit family and do my miniatures. Well fellow trekers you all have a good day. It looks like we may have some sunshine.
