restarted on Sunday the 10th of January- after completely destroying my progress over the holidays. on the 10th, I weight in at 230. Today, I am down to 224.5... Aunt Flo came for a visit, so dealing with that too.
Doing my own thing. exercise 4 mornings a week, maybe 5; no carbs after 2pm. Lots of veggies. Made a massive pot of Veggistrone soup. No carrots. My version of Egg Foo Yung to alternate with for brekkie.
More water, more vities, less crap. =)
