Another 2lbs this morning, I am happy about that! I did forget to check my blood glucose levels today, I'll hit that tomorrow.
After 3 full days of strict keto, I have no cravings so far, I know they're coming. I do feel a bit fatigued, but have yet to experience any keto-flu symptoms. Over the course of a full day yesterday, I consumed 160oz of water, I am desperately trying to flush those ketones out of my organs, but my bladder is very angry with me! I had a meeting yesterday, after which we were small talking my bladder was about ready to burst I found myself doing a pee dance.

Great job! 3 days into keto is about when I'd usually start feeling a little sluggish but sticking with it, that goes away. Keep with it and push through any of the symptoms as your body adjusts to no carbs!
