holding pretty steady at this weight. I'd like to get back down where I was a while back. But my body just seems to want to stay here. I need to get moving again, before the winter hibernation starts!!

Hi, I hope you have been well my friend. You know you can lose that weight whenever you put your mind to it but, since you do not appear to be seriously overweight, you mind seems otherwise occupied. :-) If you really want to lose, I agree totally that it should be done quickly as most of us have a tendency to put pounds on in the winter. Good luck Jaquie (it was Jacqui right?).

One meal at a time! I am no saint and know that I will not always chose the right foods, however I am only human. I look at each meal/snack with what can I have, what is available and if I don't chose the best thing, I try to have a lean protein with it and move on, and only have 1/2 the portion I might normally have. :) Good luck! :)
