The weekend is over. Well, I don't have any weekends anymore, seeing I work all 7 days but I hope you all enjoyed your time off. Today started me going back to the gym. Started at Planet Fitness today, and it was a good day. Did 25 minutes on the elliptical and then met with their trainer to get an exercise routine going for me. I will be going 3 mornings a week, maybe 4 and I could use a little help, especially when it comes to figuring out what muscles to work on what days. Hopefully this will help me out. Then I finished my day doing their 12 minute ab work out. My abs definitely are feeling it today. Have a great day my friends and hopefully everyone is doing well.

I too am going to planet fitness. Are you able to train with the trainer? I meet with mine 3 days a week doing 2 body parts each time. I am starting at "ground zero" so I need the one on one.

Bently, I liked it. It was easy enough to do and the trainer and staff really do help out if you need something.
Rckc, I met with the trainer today for an individual work out plan. He also went over with me the 30 minute work out routine they have there. I would like to see the trainer more, however the only time I have available to hit the gym is at 5 AM and he isn't there then. I will have to google some of the workouts and get some help from others hopefully when I am there.

Bently, what about gyms is scary for you? I was scared to try something new. I already belonged to a gym but starting PF was scary cuz it's new to me. The people have been really nice tho. Employees AND members are really helpful. I like to think we are all there for the same reason, to be as heathy as possible!
JD, try the total body enhancer (I think that's what it's called) and the aqua massage bed if possible. Feels great!

Last year I used this program and on my daily meal planner, I could see carbs, fats and calories. Now i only see calories.. Am I doing something wrong to view it properly?

dream- go to settings and at the bottom you can pick what you want to track/see
