I've been eating healthy and not over-eating. Controlling my portions VERY well. I got on the scale a week ago and it was at 195, but yesterday it was back up to 198. I know fluctuations are normal, but I wanted to throw that scale through the window. I know that I absolutely MUST MUST MUST excercise. I have no extra money to join the gym for another monthly bill and it's almost dark by the time I get home, so walking/running is not really an option unless I want to drive to a friend's house and run with her (extra $$$ for gas). Maybe just suicide runs and other excercise in the back yard with Dan? That must be the answer. Alright. I'll do it!
