I only went down .2, what a bummer. I thought I did better than that. I guess I had a little more sodium in my dinner than I thought. Hopefully next week I will finally be out of the 190's. =)

I understand how you feel but any loss is movement in the right direction and gets you closer to your goal - a win :) I worry so much about sodium - my fav lunch is a grilled chix salad from Zaxby's but I nearly had a heart-attack when I checked the nutrition info and saw how much sodium is in it. My center said since it is my fav, to drink extra water those days, especially while eating the higher sodium meal. I drink so much water and seltzer some days I feel like I'm drowning!! I think you are doing great and offer great support and advice on this site.

Water is our best friend......LOL I would love to go down .2... Way better than going up.
