1/3/15, 8:10pm 13g tart is smart black cherry concentrate, & 5 tincture, 11g turmeric, 17g ginger juice, black pepper, 3g magnesium citrate; forehead resting as usual; Caldera Releaf CERVICAL COLLAR; LIGHTS OUT AT 9:33pm; woke 2:32am, with neck pain. woke 3:33am, 4:30am, good sleep, good dreams. Fitbit shows: asleep at 9:53pm, restless 7 times, 8:01 hours sleep. awake at 6:03am, bad neck pain after up, had to use turmeric cure at 6:50am, pain mostly gone at 7:33am but took until 7:30 to work, 40 minutes. (When it happens like this, I’d be in agony all day if not for the turmeric/ginger juice. fortunately it doesn’t hit me often like this.) this was one of those rare very bad days. it’s better, used to happen every 2 or 3 days. (Cervical spine damage at C4 to C7.)
