Not surprised. I did nothing for a week and a half and ate more than normal - I was hungry pretty much all of the time. I really noticed the extra layer of softness on my mid-section last night. Even though it may look like it, I didn't skip meals - it was just too difficult to log buffet meals. Well, back on track today. Tree coming down, paying a few bills (post-Christmas pain), and getting mentally geared up for work tomorrow.
