Once again this weightloss journey amazes me. How is that even possible in less than a week? (I weighed in early, because there will be drinks tonight.) I weighed myself like 4 or 5 times, because I couldn't believe my eyes! Christmas was just a blip, I guess! I'm so happy to have lost this week because, after indulging so much last week, this week was particularly difficult on me, ignoring the sugar and cheese cravings. What a great way to end the year! Happy New Year, friends!
