Not surprisingly, after being completely off all bread, rice, potatoes, sugar (well, except the hidden kind)for about 3 weeks now, I had a wrap (white) the other day and I was crazy hungry all day after that. My weightloss mentor TOLD me it does, and he was absolutely right. Being off has made me feel much less hunger and definitely more spring in my step....and most definitely showing on the scale
