Hello fellow Fat Secret travelers. It has been awhile since I posted. To busy and to lazy I guess. I am so excited today is my birthday and I am 70 years young. My daughter (who by the way is my cheerleader and hero) and her husband are taking me out for dinner. Prime Rib mmmm my favorite. And a extra benefit is that I weighed 171.2 today. I have been hovering between 175 and 174 for quite awhile. I gained on Thanksgiving but I expected that. I had already decided that for the holidays if I could maintain 175 I would be happy. I have been struggling with wanting to snack lately but I am trying to choose healthy foods and have be pretty successful so far. My daughter has been wanting me to post a new picture and I will see what kind we get at my birthday dinner. I take such a bad picture I don't want to post them. Vanity is such a burden. haha. Well guess I will sign off. Just wanted to share with all of you how good I feel about myself today. I have gone from 253 to 171 in 11 months. No bad for an old lady huh? ha ha
