I am not a happy camper right now! >:/ I stayed on plan, tracked everything, got in walks 60+ minutes 6 days this week. No clue why I'd go up almost 2lbs this week. Well it'll just make me more determined this week!!
110.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.4 kg.    남은양: 42.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Maybe it's water retention? I can actually bloat up a couple of pounds when I eat too much salt (causing me to retain water). I used to snack on pickles regularly until I realized they were packed with sodium and screwing up my weigh-in results. Hang in there!

When you increase your exercise from what you do normally, you can retain water in your muscles (which helps repair them). It is a temporary thing and it helps to drink plenty of water. Remember losing fat (from exercise) is awesome, because when you get down to your goal weight, you will be sizes smaller and toned than if you didn't exercise. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will eventually show. Good luck!

Thanks ya'll. :) I didn't think of water retention as I don't feel bloated, but I guess it could be. I'm just going to keep on doing what I'm doing, and hopefully I'll work through it. Maree, ya got me blushing. I love walking, especially right now when the trees are changing colors, they're so pretty. :)
