restless night, but okay sleep.
Fitbit says I woke or was restless 12 times. ! & either 4.7 hrs or 7.4 hrs sleep, depending on Sensitive or normal setting. part way between is likely accurate. I think it doesn't check heart rate? just movement? not clear.
also, heart rate accuracy has improved a lot.
