I don't blame you. I reset my diet and it reset my ticker, too. Way to go, FS, take away our accomplishments if we shift our diets in the slightest. I averaged mine out from June 14-October 30 and I averaged 5.4 lbs/week. Not sure where I'm at since 30 October, and really don't care, I'm doing the same things as I was and my clothes keep getting looser so I know I'm still going in the right direction.

That's what I say, guys. @philmck... you are definitely an inspiration to me. You send me great motivational vibes to get back on the only track that has ever worked for me, not only in the weight loss department but in the "feel good" department too.
