Only 5 hours sleep last night, didn't take my usual Turmeric/Ginger juice inflamation/pain cure. Woke 3:50am with headache/Neck pain.
I redid the kitchen floor yesterday using vinyl tiles, lots of bending over and on my knees. I did wear the cervical collar, which helps a lot.
