last night: 9pm, 2g sleepy time tea, 11g turmeric, 13g ginger juice, black pepper, 2g magnesium citrate; Caldera Releaf CERVICAL COLLAR; 5 tincture, 53G black cherries & LIGHTS OUT AT 10:10pm: hardly woke at all. Mainly first woke at 4:10am, then at 5:10am, NO pain, good dreams, over 7 hours good sleep or rest. Woke up fully rested and ready for another good day. :)
