i think i should do as i say not as i do ...dont eat margarine again ...eat philly ..it is stupid to eat something when i know better

If someone gives you an indulgent present, like a box of chocolates or your favorite cookies, bring it into work, or give it to a neighbor or friend, just give it away to someone less fortunate
i just gave away a tin of roses and shared the tin of foxes chocolate biscuits.... gold star !


Do not let people, places, or things throw you off your game and alter your focus / goals.went for lunch with M as usual ...chatted about how many cals in oour last lunch ...she was shocked ( 850cals ) so we both settled on a lighter lunch ...i had a sausage on toast...success!

stay away from peanut snacks the calories mount up far tooooo quickly...remember this number 1 rule at the buffet ...
