So I hit the gym after almost a month and weight in... big surprise... and I wonder if its not bad. Muscle loss, stress, no idea... Last three times I recorded a weight in I have used a scale in a health store nearby, because I was not able to use the gym's. Today I used it, the one I have officially used since I started going. And considering the way I have been eating theae last days this drop is something I do not understand. Any ideas as to why are welcome.
