So I hit the gym after almost a month and weight in... big surprise... and I wonder if its not bad. Muscle loss, stress, no idea... Last three times I recorded a weight in I have used a scale in a health store nearby, because I was not able to use the gym's. Today I used it, the one I have officially used since I started going. And considering the way I have been eating theae last days this drop is something I do not understand. Any ideas as to why are welcome.

3lbs in a days isn't outside of the accepted/normal +/-4lbs body weight fluctuation. Without knowing your actual body composition (Fat/Lean Body Mass) there isn't a way to tell where that weight came from. Since it was pretty sudden, it's most likely your body got rid of some inflammation. The body will retain a lot of fluid as our metabolism churns on. There are foods, supplements and medicine that'll bring that fluid level down and the common way is for us to pee it out. It helps to be consistent with your calories/macros so that when you change 1 thing within that mix, it's possible to see your body's reaction to that one thing.
