Made some healthy red potatoes with skins with garlic and little olive oil, baked to perfection. They were too good. I ate 4 servings! On top of that, I did not exercise yesterday. Got lot of protein but the carbs did me in. In spite of that, scale didn't go up. I hope I don't get a delayed reaction with that. Went to spin class this morning and did a little ab work. Won't have time to do much more exercise today but will spin 90 min. tomorrow. Darn I hate it when I do such stupid things!
