don't give up!! I've tried everything and I have 109# left to lose...I lost 13# in the past 4 weeks by counting calories. Got tired of counting fat, fiber, points, taking "special" potions, doing HCG drops, etc etc etc..... finally just decided to watch my calories and that's all! so much happier and so much easier. might sound strange, but it's almost fun too. YOU CAN DO THIS!! Good luck!
