Okay, I haven't been very faithful since my birthday Aug. 31. I got burnt out and took a break, not the smartest decision. I was stuck and not moving so I said heck with it. And I haven't exercised either. I miss, or should I say my body misses the exercises. It's was kinda like the grease in the wheel, aches and pains are back. Hmmmm, so now what. Hmmm Guess I'll get my @##@@ back in gear and back on track. It happens, the main thing is I know it.
